  • Includes one-time free replacement for lost or stolen packages.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you did not receive a tracking number or it isn't working, contact us at support@liftlabspro.com.


Tracking Not Updating?

Delays in tracking updates are common and may be caused by courier backlogs, customs checks, or system lags. If your tracking shows no updates for 25 days, we will consider the package lost in transit and arrange a free replacement or refund.


Delivered But Not Received?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check around your property, lobby, or mailroom.
  • Ask neighbors or building staff.
  • Contact your local courier's office directly with your tracking number.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@liftlabspro.com. Customers who selected Insured Priority Shipping are covered and will receive a free replacement.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. LiftLabs is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@liftlabspro.com within 1 hour of placing your order.


Customs Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. LiftLabs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
