We ask that you try the product for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@liftlabspro.com.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging and in good condition.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before sending the product back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@liftlabspro.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement — you will not need to return the defective item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. Contact support@liftlabspro.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered, please contact us at support@liftlabspro.com.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. If your order has already shipped, you may return it once it arrives in accordance with our return policy above.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Items marked as final sale.
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization.
